At JOIMA, we are committed to providing you with fast and reliable shipping service. Below, we provide important information about our shipping and returns:

We carry out our shipments through a trusted transport agency, ensuring that your order arrives within 48-72 hours from the departure of our warehouses. Once your order is dispatched for delivery, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can monitor it at all times.

It’s important to note that we recommend opening the package at the time of receipt, before signing the delivery receipt for the carrier. This will allow us to identify and record any issues that may have occurred during transport on the delivery receipt.

If you notice that the box has visible defects, such as breakages, scratches, or dents, please make a note of it on the delivery receipt so that we can take it into account later. If this procedure is not followed, the insurance will not be responsible, and any damage to the material will need to be paid for by the customer if repair or replacement is required.

We recommend that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, informing us of the incident and sending us the respective photos so that we can take the necessary measures.

Lastly, it’s important to remember that, due to the bulky size of the packages, the transport agency delivers to the curb, without going up stairs or curbs, and does not deliver inside the home.

At JOIMA, we work to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, and we are committed to resolving any issues that may arise during the shipping process. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Make sure to inspect the package upon receipt and note any damage on the delivery receipt. If the carrier cannot wait, take photos of the damage and contact us within 24 hours. Without this notification, the insurance will not cover the damage. Please note that the delivery is made at the curb, not inside the home. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and efficiently. The return transportation cost will be covered by JOIMA as long as the product arrived defective and this is indicated on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
